halloween pics

well here they are. pics from halloween hope you enjoy them as much as I did helping make them happen. So it all started for the chickies when Bethany said lee was looking a little like the colonel, and I should be a chicken. As I was looking for ideas online. I came across the little martha stewart "spring chicken" I couldn't resist! So after a bit of sewing and shoping at our second hand stores we had some really fun costumes. Joining us was The Invisable Man thanks to braden who, as usual, came up with it all on his own. Madison was Elphaba from Wicked, she was orange last year and this year yearned to be green. Reagan was supposed to be Glenda from Wicked (A costume I made:(but we had a last minute costume change, so we had another round of tinker bell. We had a fabulous night with tons of friends.

Maddies 7th

Happy 7th birthday Madison

well so much to say and so little time so here are some photos of maddies family party. I will post some more after her friend one next week. She is all 7 and happy to be so! The day was all about her, she got a school reprieve thanks to saturday school she had the day off Maddie and mom took a quick trip to starbucks for a strawberry frap then we drove to the womens prison to pray for her and the women, this definately needs verbal explanation so ask us sometime. Tuna melts for lunch, and Taco salad for dinner per her request and a special chocolate cake with strawberry and sprinkle icing. She got horses and a stable to play with even Georgia got to play along. This was a great day of fun. Wish you all could have been here to see the craziness.

GK's first christmas

All she wanted for Christmas was her 2 front teeth. Mom wasn't so sure, I got a fussy baby as she cut her 1st 2 teeth on the bottom. This has made an already really drolly baby downright slimy. So at 5 months old she is really happy to have accomplished a couple of major milestones. Smiling, Laughing, Teeth, flipping over both ways and being cute. We are so blessed.

braden's blogsite

Braden's blog. So one of the goals for the last few months was to help Braden start a blog. He has a million things to say, and he is trying to grow in his writing skills. I also thought this would be a fun thing for us to do together. We enjoyed a trip to pick up some last minute things for Christmas and found ourselves halfway to chicago by accident, I missed an exit. This was as a result of trying to come up with a fitting name for his blog site. Plenty of the names we came up with were taken so we had to improvise, BeesAmimusOculus(B's minds eye, in latin) was the winner. Check it out I am sure that it will be entertaining

Christmas Picture

Our crazy family Christmas, these smiles are hard to get all at once. You notice mom and dad aren't in the picture this could be because you probably couldn't catch us smiling during this escapade. These were supposed to be included in our Christmas cards that we send out twice a decade it seems but as usual it didn't happen. Next year is my year and now that it is writing hopefully I will have some accountability.
